A Quality Assistance job involves supporting quality processes by performing inspections, tests, and audits to ensure products or services meet established standards
Common Responsibilities

Quality Control Support:Assisting the Quality Control team with inspections, product testing, and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Data Collection & Analysis:Collecting, organizing, and analyzing quality data from various sources, such as inspections, tests, and customer feedback.

Documentation:Maintaining accurate records of quality control activities, test results, inspection reports, and audit findings.

Issue Identification & Resolution:Identifying quality issues, non-conformances, or deficiencies and assisting in investigating and resolving them.

Reporting:Compiling and presenting reports on quality achievements, findings, and areas for improvement to the Quality Control Supervisor or team.

Collaboration:Working with other departments, such as production and development, to ensure quality standards are met throughout the organization.

Process Improvement:Supporting the development and implementation of quality control procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement.
