Job Description:
- Drive a strategic research strategy that delivers deep user insights impacting product and roadmap planning and prioritization.
- Build deep understanding of the user to help optimize go to market plans
- Manage and execute complex research with external vendors and deliver strategic reports to internal stakeholders
- Work with cross functional teams members to ensure ongoing research has a profound impact on product roadmap, campaign plans & prioritization decisions.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
- 7-10 years of experience in market research - quantitative & qualitative
- Has research experience w/ different type of research techniques and internet users
- Has good understanding of the India user and market
- Experience integrating user research into the product development process, with a track record of best-in-class consumer experiences
- Outstanding organizational, analytical, and written and oral communication skills. Ability to craft a story from insights and sell it internally
- Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy
- Strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products
