Job Description:
  • Drive a strategic research strategy that delivers deep user insights impacting product and roadmap planning and prioritization.
  • Build deep understanding of the user to help optimize go to market plans 
  • Manage and execute complex research with external vendors and deliver strategic reports to internal stakeholders
  • Work with cross functional teams members to ensure ongoing research has a profound impact on product roadmap, campaign plans & prioritization decisions.

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
  • 7-10 years of experience in market research - quantitative & qualitative 
  • Has research experience w/ different type of research techniques and internet users
  • Has good understanding of the India user and market
  • Experience integrating user research into the product development process, with a track record of best-in-class consumer experiences 
  • Outstanding organizational, analytical, and written and oral communication skills. Ability to craft a story from insights and sell it internally
  • Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy
  • Strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products
