Job Description:

Educational Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech (Environment) / MBA in Sustainability Management / M.Sc. Sustainability

Develop an ESG (Environment, Social & Governance) strategy for the organisation and prepare a road map for its implementation, monitoring and assessment.
* Put efforts on improving the ESG Score / Rating.
* Plan and implement projects relating to energy efficiency, resource efficiency, cleaner production…
* Make policies & Develop processes relating to energy efficiency, Life Cycle assessments, facing the climate challenges and overall environment.
* Strategic planning for reliable operations and review.
* Performance evaluation of assets by analysing the design and run time data
* Identification of base line energy and emission projections. Introduce suitable interventions to bridge the gap between the base line Vs target emissions for the year.
* Perform cost benefit analysis such as NPV and accordingly prioritise the implementation of the interventions identified.
* Monitoring the emission report and develop strategies to reduce emissions.
* Mapping the KPIs to Sustainability Standards and track the ESG performance of the organisation.
* Do the Climate Risk Modelling
* CSR Research, Sustainability analysis for ESG
* Social Return on Investment (SROI) assessment to understand and quantify the social, environmental and economic value created by the organisation.
* Develop CSR policy and implementation procedures to comply with Companies Act.
* Peer analysis and bench marking of the organisation's sustainability performance.
* Develop sustainability knowledge Decks for the organisation
* Develop training modules pertaining to Environment, Social and Governance.
* Evaluate Health, Safety and environmental hazardous design corrective actions
* Digitalization of EHS systems
* Provide technical expertise, strategic leadership and support on regulatory compliance issues in HSE.
* Laisoning with external bodies like Central, State government bodies. Also international and local agencies on need basis.
* Conduct Audits to monitor progress and identify areas of improvement
* HSE & Sustainability awareness creation through employee engagement activities.

Candidate should be proficient with sustainability reporting standards, rating methodologies, indices, and
agencies (such as S&P, MSCI, Refinitiv, CDP, Sustainalytics)
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Thorough knowledge on Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, Task Force on Climate-related Financial
   Disclosures (TCFD), and SASB (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board) Standards.

Should have good command over English and Hindi
