Requirements:

  • Knowledge of accounting
  • Knowledge of software like Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient in English

Job Description:

  • Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
  • Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledger.
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Maintain Chart of Accounts
  • Knowledge of preparing Business Activity statement, Financial Statements and Tax Returns.
  • Create reports and financial statements.
  • Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
