• Installation & Commissioning of new equipment and hand over to customer.
• Provide training for operational &maintenance of machine to operator & maintenance person .
• Handle customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem and provide appropriate solutions to solve the problem.
• Manage customer calls and Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media or onsite.
• Generate spares parts leads.

Qualification / Skill :

• Degree in mechanical or electrical with experience in related field or equivalent.
• Must have good technical knowledge & must be able to understand drawing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.
• Good Verbal and written communication skill.
