Job Description:
- Develop Tooling Concepts for powertrain components / Rubber parts in close co-operation with the Project engineer.
- Considering the following aspects for the Rubber tools and Injection molds: Design Criteria, cost, quality, timing, manufacturability, lesson learned, etc.
- Prepare tool design alternatives like split lines, tool constructions for evaluation and analysis to select best solution.
- Create and maintain the project documents like trail reports, project progress tracking list etc.
- Diploma/Post Diploma, Bachelor / Master engineering - In Tool Engineering/Tool Design.
- 4-5 years experiment in field of construction, preferably in the automotive industry.
- CAD Systems, professional knowledge of tool design methodology and development activity.
- Knowledge of to be designed / developed components, tool design and Simulation assessment.
- Cost and quality sensitive thinking.
- Language- Knowledge English spoken and written.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Candidates must be PD PMD / B. Tech With 4-6 Year Experience in tool roomÂ
