Job Description:
We have an opening for the position of Assistant Leader RT for a reputed company for their office in the Delhi (Karol Bagh) Location.
Key responsibilities:
- Achieve the given sales target as per respective routes.
- Supervised stock and cold room operations.
- Educate & Motivate the sales team with briefing periodically.
- Support team in marketing & Sales activities.
- Maintain & Record periodically sampling & marketing activities.
- Control outstanding following company guidelines & Protocols.
- Sharing the report to the senior or CHQ as per requirements.
- Develop & penetrate new markets.
- Ensure the record & maintenance of the company Asset.
- Helping the special tasks if any.
- Communicating well with all staff.
- Development of Market.
- Management of Route sales.
- Negotiation with Retailers
Age: up to 28
Qualification: Any University Graduate or MBA
Industry: FMCG is Preferable.
Candidates Profile :
Male Candidate with a pleasant personality, good communication skills (English & Hindi), and basic computer knowledge.
