Job Description
Overall Job Purpose
To examine the financial reports, tax fillings , and the other company documents to make sure that they are complying with the legal regulations.
Key Accountability:
- To review the financial records, spreadsheets, and the other documents to gain a thorough overview of company finances.
- To perform calculations to ensure all financial figures are accurate.
- Talking to staff members and assessing their tasks to identify areas where company operations can be made more efficient.
- Writing reports to summarize findings and propose changes.
- Meeting with the management to discuss their recommendations and how these can be implemented.
- To hold meetings with the members of the staff to learn more about how a business operates.
Person Specification
Essential:
¨ Bachelor degree in accountancy or a related field.
¨ Must be a certified internal auditor.
Competencies:
¨ Has attention to details.
¨ Possess superb mathematical skills.
¨ With strong critical thinking.
¨ Ability to gather the relevant information about the internal company practices through research and discussion with the employees.
¨ Ability to write concise reports based on solid evidence.
