Job Description:

Position:     QA Engineer

Location:     Daman

Experience:  5- 6 Years

Industries:   Pharma

Responsibilities:

• Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating quality inspection activities
• Collaborates with teams of engineers and product specialists to ensure customer and division quality requirements are met.
• Coordinates and performs inspections of raw materials and finished products, applying appropriate quality assurance testing models.
• Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are
• Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured inspection plans and inspection cases.
• Responsible for carrying out in process and final inspection , Layout Inspection.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management.
• Coordination with internal customers (Design/ Installation/ other Depts.) and external parties (Suppliers) to resolve quality problems.
• Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved.
• Conducting analysis checks on product specifications.

Required Skills:

• Engineering Drawing Reading – GD&T
• Handling and Usage of various Measuring Instruments , Gauge R&R , MSA , Calibration
• Expert in Excel, Computers
• Lay out inspection Expert.
• Soft skill – Auto CAD
• Knowledge of 5S, Operational Excellence and Health & Safety are an advantage.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech- Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 5.00 LPA
