- Verification and releasing of Purchase Orders Coordinating with stores and purchase Team for smooth
- Reviewing of Trial Balance and Ledger accounts with Follow up with concerned persons for resolving issues.
- Monitoring CWIP status of Assets and capitalization of Asset
- Review of provisional & prepaid expenses for the period.
- Monitoring sales reconciliation
- Physical verification of Inventory at plant.
- Replies to internal audit department queries and implementation of new process to overcome the queries raised by internal auditors.
- Regular monitoring of vendor advances and customer X Indicator with regular follow up with concerned department and clearing the same.
- Verification of Documents /Vouchers & Bills Passing.
- Ensuring timely payments of Our Monthly obligations.
- Preparing and providing data for filling TDS (Return)
- Internal Audit Co-ordination
- Tally Software
- All Kind of Accounting Computer Software Operations
- All GST records/GSTR Returns maintain as per GST Rules & Regulations
- Day to Day Cash & Bank transaction & Arrangement of fund for Bank payment.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Monthly Ledger Scrutiny of books of accounts.
- Passing of monthly & yearly closing entries.
- Bank Stock Statements
