- Working experience in Precision Plastic Insert Injection Mold elements/ Precision Jigs and Fixtures manufacturing using VMC machines
- Knowledge of reading and interpreting CAD documents, prints (3D/2D), GD&T
- Workpiece inspection knowledge & quality requirements.
- Hard part machining
- Effective Usage of measuring equipment for work piece quality control checks.
- hand feed tools as required Inspects parts during production using various types of ganging devices such as compactors, hand mikes, plug and depth gages, Makes machine and tooling adjustments necessary to maintain print specifications Resharpens and replaces tools, rakes chips, sands faces,adds
