Job Description:
handle and process customer enquiries, Preparation of quotations, sales contracts and orders for parts and service.
? support Customer Service Sales to make contracts with customers.
? co-ordinate with forwarders to plan and secure orders to be at the right place at the right time.
? co-ordinate delivery, invoices and payments.
? prepare all necessary documents for Customs clearance of spare parts shipments.
? Prepare E Way Bill.
