Job Description:

We are an HR consulting/advisory company seeking an experienced HR Executive with 2-3 years of experience in core HR functions such as preparing JDs, KRAs, KPIs, monthly reviews, and getting involved in PMS.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in ELCM (employee life cycle management) and a passion for working with MSMEs/SMBs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to identify their HR needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.

• Prepare JDs, KRAs, KPIs, monthly reviews, and make PMS for clients.

• Design and implement customised HR policies and procedures for clients.

• Manage the employee life cycle, from recruitment to exit.

• Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.

• Provide support to clients on HR-related issues.

• Conduct HR-related training and development programs for clients.

• Coordinate with the payroll team for timely and accurate salary processing.

• Visit clients starting in Ahmedabad and in the future across Gujarat.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in core HR functions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Experience in payroll management and compliance (though not mandatory but) is a plus.
