Job Description:
well-honed expertise in Maintenance field with handling of Machine shop machines like CNC, VMC,HMC,HOBBING,(RoboDrill), Weldshop & Micromatic Grinder & Center Less Grinder (HMT), Spindle Repairing & press shop etc.
Maintaining & breakdown handling of all CNC, VMC,HMC, SPM, Robots, Induction hardening and,Hyraulic Press,MIG welding Robot( Motoman,Yashkawa),Conveyor, Body & valve leak testing,flattening machine,paint shop.heat treatment,and utility.
- Work as a team leader planning and deployment of manpower as per breakdown priority.
- Maintaining & breakdown handling of all CNC, VMC,HMC, SPM, Robots, Induction hardening and welding shop,Paint shop,Heat treatment Hyraulic Press,MIG welding Robot( Motoman,Yashkawa).
- Attending critical breakdowns, provid
- planing guidance and technical support to team for effective trouble shooting.
- Mechanical Presses capacity-630-1600 tons • Hydraulic Presses Capacity-200-400 tons. • Knuckle Press-JNH 400-700tons. • Heat treatment equipments like Sealed Quench Furnaces, Annealing, Normalising, Inline furnaces, Oven type and Pit furnaces. • Hoist Cranes etc. • Electronica make EDM’s. • Also have experience of Phosphating and Zinc Plating. • Cummins DG, Kaeser compressors. • Forbes marshall boiler. • ETP,STP and WTP. • Fire pump station, utilities • Pittler CNC and VM
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Candidates must be Diploma / B.tech Mechanical with 10-12 year Experience in Mechanical Maintenance
Having Good knowledge of Weld Shop , Press Shop And Paint shop machine maintenance
Good Managing power
