JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ø Business from Corporate sector / other companies/Hotels/B2B business.
Ø Joint sales promotion opportunities with FMCG, Big box retail stores, Tours and travels etc.
Ø Promote our company products into various corporate canteen, corporate gifting & also with other institutions.
Ø Dealing with Five Star Hotels, Restaurant chain, Bakery segment, Airport, Catering, Embassy, Hospitals, Cinemas.
Ø Always look at opportunities of developing new business avenues and also Exposure to premium product Selling a Must.
Ø Your key priority will be to build strong, positive and cordial relationship with Corporate/Institutional customers.
Ø Exploring potential business avenues for achieving increased business growth in HORECA/ Institutional Business.
Ø Deliver the sales objectives of volume, value, market share and in-store execution; and acquire new food service accounts across the HORECA channel.
Ø Ability to deal at all levels from Unit Head Chefs and Contract Catering Managers through to Buyer level.
Ø Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
Ø Expanding company product business in HORECA segment Define monthly and quarterly plans to drive volume, value, market share and activation in the region.
Ø Driving Businesses via B2B Sales. Develop different HORECA Channels.
Ø Appointment of Stockiest/ distributor, & Managing a team also Responsible for the assigned region. Maintain relations with existing Clients and Create new Clients as well.
Ø Visit key customer & represent the company product range. Handle customer complaints at all levels.
Ø Mapping the requirement of HORECA Business providing best products and services and achieving profitability growth.
Review and Reporting: Collate data and prepare reports to track various parameters e.g. Sales Efficiency, Sales Achievement.
