Job Description:

We have an opening for the position of Executive - Order Fulfilment for a Reputed Company at the Delhi (Lajpat Nagar) location.

 

Key Responsibilities :

  • Execute and manage order processing transactions accurately, in a timely manner from order entry to delivery commitment to customers.
  • Accounts & backlogs management, proactively communicate changes/delays and make known to internal partners for alternative option whenever possible to mitigate escalation due to shipping delays
  • Liaise with 3rd party logistic to ensure timely delivery or pickup and respond to customers request for shipping information when needed.
  • Work with Finance on AR, AP issues & follow up when needed. Monitor and Follow-up on opened/unconfirmed PO.
  • Ensure effective collaboration with Sales and Planning departments Distribution Centers and Supply Chain to enable the optimization of order fulfillment.
  • Process and create invoices against PO and orders received across channels in tally/ERP
  • Be a central POC for sales and supply teams to provide visibility against pending orders, processed order status, dispatch priorities, finalizing margins and agreements.
  • Coordinate with customer teams for scheduling appointments, PRN and GDN 
  • Create Sales MIS and other reporting dashboards for all necessary stakeholders
  • Tracking Secondary sales and offtakes by channel and stock positions in each key accounts and distributors
  • Coordinate with the logistics team and courier partners for delivery within TAT for all orders
  • Tracking return orders & processing credit notes against the orders and sharing the communication for such customers in a timely fashion
  • Resolve any shortage , damage and expired queries with each customer through appropriate liaison with SC and finance functions
