Title: Mechanical Engineer for Food Factory
Location : Shendurjane

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team in designing, maintaining, and
improving the mechanical systems and equipment at our food factory. The successful candidate will be
responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of all mechanical systems and equipment in
the factory, as well as collaborating with other engineers and factory management to optimize
production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and oversee the installation of mechanical systems and equipment for food production
processes, including conveying, processing, and packaging systems
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment to ensure safety
and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical systems and equipment
• Work with other engineers and factory management to develop and implement innovative solutions
to optimize production processes
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for mechanical systems and equipment in the
food industry
• Develop and maintain documentation for all mechanical systems and equipment in the factory
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the food industry or related field
• Proficiency in mechanical design software and tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and MATLAB
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards for mechanical systems and equipment in the food
industry
