- ITI Welder/ Brazing with 7-10 years of experience
- Managing workflow.
- Training new hires & Existing Brazers.
- Creating and managing team schedules.
- Evaluating performance and providing feedback.
- Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes.
- Achieving Productivity as per defined Targets.
- Accountable for consumption of all Brazing Consumables.
- Monitoring & Knowledge of Safety Measures.
