Job Description:
- Managing all operations i.e. regular return preparation & filling, proven track on return working of entire group i.e. VAT, SERVICE TAX, TDS, ER-1 Excise return.
- Working & Filling GST Returns (GSTR- 1, 3B) Compliance & Implementation.
- Preparation of MIS (Balance Sheet, P & L, Cash Flow) at month end.
- Managing Accounts Payable & Receivables by Daily reporting through Preparation of MIS.
- Statutory Payment of Service tax Payable, TDS, PT, PF Etc.
- Preparation of VAT Details in Utility On quarterly Basis.
- Filling Of Service Tax Return and TDS Returns.
- Liaising with Auditors & Bankers.
- Weekly Visit to Plant for Physical Verification of Inventory & Compliance of Internal Control.
- Preparation of Accounts Up to Finalization of Balance Sheet according to accounting Standards on monthly basis.
- Advice to bank for Forex payment (AOC-1 & Declaration).
- Ledger Reconciliation of General ledger (vendors & customers).
- Preparation of Budget Forecast & Cost Sheet.
- Valuation of Closing Stock & consumption (RMC) on monthly basis.
