Vendor Management
. Spend analysis
. Planning, development and execution of category strategy and delivery plan for sub-categories
. To define category performance objectives aligned with Supply management departmental objectives and also ensure daily Operations updated with the market
. Manage supplier and contractor performance in conjunction with internal stakeholders and also maintain good business relationship with them.
. Responsible for adherence to Annual Procurement Plan, achieving objectives of savings and business velocity, compile market intelligence data
. Profile the Spend category, collect & review latest Spend and internal demand data
