Job Description:

Job brief

To provide assistance to managers and employees with respect to all HR policies and procedures including Recruitment, Payroll Processing, employee relations, benefits, and the health and safety program.

Responsibilities – Recruitment & HR Operations

  • Hiring and coordinating with Recruitment Consultants
  • Job Posting on Job Portals
  • Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly
  • Facilitating newcomers joining formalities – Offer letter / Appointment letter
  • Conducting Induction Plan
  • Facilitating F & F / Exit formalities
  • Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly
  • Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
  • Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management
  • Manage festivals & other celebrations
  • Employee Engagement Activities
  • Coordinate with PF & HR Consultant

Responsibilities – Performance Management

  • Define the essential duties/responsibilities then the standards & measurements for each.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Determine performance recognition, rewards, or consequences.
  • Present performance reports to leadership
  • Establish a two-way communication channel to receive employee feedback 
  • Determine and resolve workplace issues that prevent optimal performance, such as individual grievances or poor departmental structures

 

Responsibilities – Training

  • Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
  • Conduct regular training for interns / new joiner's
  • Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
