Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
- To do recruitments for positions as per the need of the company
- To source candidates from different portals/social media
- To co-ordinate with recruitment agencies
- To screen and shortlist candidates
- To take telephonic round of interviews with candidates
- To schedule interviews of shortlisted candidates with management
- To do background verification of new joiners
- To issue offer letter, Appointment letters, joining form to new joiners.
- To conduct induction and onboarding of new joiners
- To educate new joiners about company policies
- To complete joining and exit formalities of concerned team mates in timely manner
- To plan and execute monthly employee engagement and team building activities
- To prepare training calendar
- To provide operational support in execution of trainings
- To handle daily attendance and leaves of employees
- To handle daily employee grievances
- To ensure work anniversaries, birthday’s, and festival celebrations
- To do monthly rewards and recognitions for team mates
- To maintain employee database for the company
- To assist HR Manager in executing PMS
- To handle payroll of employees
- To take daily reporting from the teams
Requirements/ Eligibility criteria/Education
- BBA/MBA in HR
Experience
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience as HR
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication Skills
- Ability to think creatively
- Should be empathetic
- Problem solving skills
- Strong organization skills
- Good observation and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Power Point and MS Excel
- Knowledge of labour laws will be an added advantage
- Eager to learn and grow
