Graphic Designer

Job Description:

Responsible in creating visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing and communication materials.

Roles & Responsibilities-

• Create visually compelling designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, product packaging, promotional materials, presentations, digital media, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines.
• Maintain and strengthen the company's brand identity through consistent application of design elements, color palettes, typography, and imagery.
• Design and update brand guidelines to ensure compliance across various communication channels.
• Create visual assets, such as logos, icons, and infographics, that reflect the brand image and values.
• Optimize designs for digital platforms, ensuring responsiveness and compatibility with different devices and screen sizes.
• Stay updated with digital design trends and best practices to create visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences.
• Prepare print-ready files, ensuring correct specifications, color profiles, and resolution for different printing processes.
• Conduct quality checks on printed materials to ensure they meet the desired standards and brand consistency.
• Enhance product images and photographs through image editing and retouching techniques.
• Perform task as per allocated by reporting manager and authorities.

Qualifications and Requirement-

• Any qualification with min 1 year exp
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Knowledge of printing processes, specifications, and file preparation for print production
