Factory Manager
Job Description:
PRODUCTS: The product range consists of Calcium Chloride, range of Chlorination products, Hydrogenation products and Nitration products.
JOB ROLE:
- Manage the overall functioning of the plant
- Accountable for safety, quality, productivity, service, inventory
- Identify areas for impactful process opportunities and drive improvement.
- Follow instructions of direction set and problem solving which maximizes results.
- Follow instructions to improve performance in terms of cost, quality, production, service and safety.
- Support in compliance of regulatory standards (GPCB, Factory Inspectorate, ISO etc.) internal auditing.
- Support in whatever way possible Marketing/ Customer service issues such as product availability, new product development, complaint resolution and operational enhancement driven by customer needs
- Follow safety plan to reduce injuries to zero in the plant
