Job Description:
Managing all retail shops hardware and software issues
- Managing main server where all data gets stored
- Taking server back up regularly
- Maintenance of any connectivity issue among all branches, franchises and factory
- Updating change in MRPs and new item codes in software at all branches and factory
- Office time: 9:30am to 6:00pm
- Performing troubleshooting to system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long term efficiency of network
- Testing and configuring software and maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices
