Automation / programming engineer
Job Description:
-B.E. / B.tech degree in Instrumentation & controls/ electronics / Electrical engineering.
-Programming on Siemens, Allen Bradley and Schneider controllers as per the inputs received like P&ID, Cause and effect, Logic diagrams etc.
-Candidate should possess basic knowledge on programming environments for above series of controllers and should be in a position to develop and troubleshoot the program along with HMI screens and provide field support.
-He/ She Should be having Good Industrial Automation knowledge.
-Program a PLCs with Ladder logic, Function blocks etc.
-Candidate should have experience working with Siemens PLCs, S7-1200, S7-1500, S7-300, and TIA Portal, Rockwell Automation AB products control logix 1756/1715 series & Schneider M340/580 series of controllers.
-Thorough knowledge of various communication protocols for PLC to PLC and PLC to other devices.
-It is desirable to have experience with Multi brand HMI/ISPCs software’s like, ADVANTECH, R-Stahl, Bartec, Beijer, Wientech.
-He should be conversant with basic concepts of program development like SIL 2 / SIL 3, and other such safety components and concepts.
-He should be possessing good exposure to project management, customer complaints handling, internal communications and coordination with cross functional teams and vendors.
-He Should be independently able to develop network architectures and get the client approval.
