Job Description:
Requirements
 
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in conducting steam trap surveys, trap management services, steam & condensate accessories sales in Oil & Gas, Petro-chemical, Chemical, Fertilizer, Power Industry.
 
• Well familiar with the instruments used in the field of trap testing – Ultrasonic Leak Detector, IR Temperature Sensor.
 
• Skilled in conducting Steam Trap audits and Trap management program to reduce energy losses & increase overall efficiency and life of plant.
 
• To drive a team of engineers specialized in trap survey in successful execution of projects as well as to conduct trap survey independently.
 
• To develop & grow Steam & Condensate accessories business through superior territory management, sales planning & value selling using technical sales solution.
 
• To grow business share with existing key customers and to develop new potential customers in the territory.
 
• Developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the department's performance against targets.
 
• Experienced in conducting detailed “Steam Trap Audits” by collecting real application data to do the comprehensive analyses of the system to come up with reports and presentations in regard to complete Heat and Mass Balance of the plant, to identify new areas of Energy Conservation Measures.
 
• Capable of "Basic & detailed engineering design" of pipeline network (Isometrics and P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation) of steam ( mains and condensate returns) , Water & Compressed air).
 
• Expertized in "Project implementation" Supervision of project, safety & quality, procurement of raw material in line with BOM, Installation & commissioning manufacturing components .
 
• Trained in conducting Technical Seminars & Presentations at any location to share knowledge and reduce energy wastage.

- Meeting steam users across industry segments (Oil & Gas, Petroleum Refineries, Power Plant, Desalination Plant, Chemical Plants, Water Treatment Plants, Fertilizer Plants etc.)
- Understanding customer priorities and converting priorities to solutions.
 
• Converting potential to deliverable:
 
- Matching business potential to organization’s current competency.
- Analyzing gaps and developing a complete set of scope and deliverables.
 
• Converting deliverables to business:
 
- Developing marketing tools and meeting customers.
- Offering new services and growing business.
- End to end customer support from offering to sales to execution.
