- Plan, coordinate and manage events .
- Should be good in vendor coordination and event management
- Should be able to handle counselling sessions
- Should be able to communicate to doctors and arrange events
- Increase the awareness of the causes of the NGO
- should be ready to do field visits and field work for the cause
- Proven work experience as a Social Worker
- Working knowledge of social theories and practices
- Social perceptiveness and empathy
- Ability to build and maintain professional helping relationships
- Ability to relate and communicate with diverse population and groups
- Resilience along with ability to assess situations
- Willing to submit to background checks
