Job Description:

-          Should be B.E (Mechanical)/BE (Metallurgy)/DME/D.Met

-          The candidate has to be in a DGM/GM position for more than 05 years and should be looking after the entire Foundry operations (Plant level) including Maintenance.

-          Sound in Foundry technology, process, equipment (Green Sand Moulding, High Pressure Moulding Line, Induction Furnace)

-          Systems oriented approach – should hv experience of implementing QMS including TS certification/various Customer Audits

-          Good understanding of Foundry ERP system. Exposure to digitization in Foundry will be an added advantage.

-          Proven  leadership skills with fine balance of administrative and mentoring skills

-          Relocation with family is a precondition of Employment
