We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Internal Sales Person to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with 2 to 10 years of experience in the PCB industry, specifically in PCB RF or PCB-related roles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of PCB technology, and a strong customer-centric mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the PCB RF market segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, serving as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional customer service.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and translate them into tailored solutions that align with our product offerings.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and quality assurance to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify strategic advantages and areas for differentiation.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct regular sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to senior management.
Requirements:
- 2 to 10 years of experience in internal sales, business development, or related roles within the PCB industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in PCB RF or PCB-related fields is highly desirable.
- Experience with CAD/CAM in PCB design and manufacturing will be a definite plus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Exceptional customer service orientation, with a keen focus on understanding and fulfilling customer needs.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
