Jr. BUSINESS DATA ANALYST

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Work closely with the Data Engineering team to examine, analyse data and provide recommendations
and insights as per business requirement
• Support the team to develop and deploy dashboards, engines to visualize data-backed insights
• Work cross-departmentally on data-driven strategies that improve business processes and
decision-making
• Effectively communicate critical findings and plans to team, clients and management
• Prepare reports and presentations as per business need

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related area
• 0-2 years of prior experience in Business Data Analysis or related role is preferred, but fresh graduates
with relevant internships or projects could be considered
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command over written and spoken English
• Ability to interact with CXO level and potential clients
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Strong sense of business ethics and professionalism
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and interpret complex data sets
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
