10 -14 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of success in optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations.

• Managed a team of 25-30 supply chain professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and professional development opportunities to achieve operational excellence.
• Proficient in managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization.
• Key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Managed the day-to-day supply chain activities
• Inventory management, optimization& carrying cost.
• Logistics and transportation management
• Negotiated contracts with key suppliers to optimize pricing, terms, and delivery schedules, resulting in significant cost savings, localization of raw material, value engineering.
• Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Processing of Payments of vendors as per credit terms.
• Monitoring shelf life of critical Inventory.
• Scrap Management, Clearance of old non-movable stock, Defective & Obsolete stock.

• Regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels
• Ensuring maintenance of a perpetual inventory & the Inventory Turn Ratio (ITR) as per company guidelines.
• Liaising with CHA for clearance of shipments & with the foreign suppliers for import of goods.

• Handling Material purchase of stock keeping units 2500 Parts& RM more than 200 Cr Annually.
• Responsible for Annual Budgeting.
• Keep a track on the market trends on the fluctuating Prices and seasonal fluctuation to

revise the strategies Periodically.

• Preparing necessary cost / Risk analysis in order to provide advice, data and support for

decisions to renew, renegotiate or competitively source materials or services.

• Designing Procedures, SOPs, effective control measures to govern the activities and function to improve process efficiency and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Preparations of cost – break up & price estimation.
• Led cross-functional teams in implementing new product launches and managing supply chain risks.
• In-depth knowledge of store layout optimization, product placement.
• Collaborated with suppliers to optimize lead times, reduce costs, and improve supplier performance.
• In-depth understanding of global trade regulations, customs compliance, and import/export processes.
• Conducted regular performance reviews of suppliers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Proper knowledge of ERP – PP & MM module.
• Implemented robust demand forecasting processes to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stock outs.
