Position: Electrical Manager
Location: Cuddalore - Tamil Nadu
Experience: 15-20 Years
Industries: Chemical
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all activities related to Electrical - operation & maintenance of Utilities, Production equipment
- Overall controller of all technical activities of plant equipment and utility equipment operation and maintenance of electrical.
- Overseeing engineering related tasks including planning, control and trouble shooting.
- Undertaking Time Motion study to achieve better utilization of man &machines.
- Providing technical guidance to engineering teams and top management.
- Delegate project tasks to junior team members individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
- Supporting established organizational objectives by developing goals and strategies.
- Presenting budgets and plans.
- Finding and implementing ways to improve cost-efficiency.
