Job Description:

Position:        Project Head - VP 

Location:       Cuddalore- Tamil Nadu

Experience:    20 -25 Years 

Industries:     Chemical

Responsibilities:

• Management & Delivering the Projects -Concept to Commissioning i.e., Basic Engineering, Detailed Design, Engineering, Procurement, Execution On-Time, within Scope & Within Budget.
• Overall Direction, Coordination, Implementation, Execution, Control & Completion of Specific Project ensuring Consistency with Company Strategy, Commitments & Goals.
• Define the Project Management Strategy & lead implementation of a Common Project Management Methodology.
• Defining Projects Scope, Plans Finalizing Deliverables & Timelines, Planning & Identifying Suitable Vendors/Contractors for Engineering Discipline.
• Managing Projects through All Phases of the Project life Cycle, i.e., Engineering, Design, Project Execution & Construction Management. Ensure implementation of the Project as per Timelines.
• Delivering Commissioned Plant which is Ready for Operations & Obtaining formal Acceptance of final Deliverables.
• Finalisation of Project Plan & Strategies for Contracts.
• Ensure Quality Stage Inspections as Per Project Plans.
• Construction Management-Finalise Construction Plans & Schedule. 
• Monitor Project Progress & Timely, Review with the Management.
• Delivering Commissioned Plant which is Ready for Operations & Obtaining formal Acceptance of final Deliverables.

Functional | Technical Knowledge

• Lean Management, Knowledge of Project Documentation, System Analysis & Evaluation.
• Knowledge of the Occupational Hazards & Safety Precautions.
• Legal Compliance  to ensure that Company Building Regulations are Adhered to throughout the Project Duration.
• Should Possess high Commercial & Engineering Acumen to Control Costs, to Set Budgets & to Manage Delivery of Work to Required Standards.
• A Team Leader Who Can Collaborate with all The Stakeholders.

Required Qualification: - BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech- Chemical/Mechanical
