Job Description:
- Preparation and Maintenance of all Statutory Records, Forms, Registers etc.
- Factory act compliance & records
- Wages Act Compliance & Records
- Labor Department compliance & records
- Employment exchange compliance & records
iii. Professional Tax records
- Fire Department compliance & records
- GPCB compliance & records with the help of consultant.
- Electricity board compliance & records
- ESIC Act compliance & records.
- PF Act compliance & records.
- Payment of all above statuary fees and all other statutory dues in time.
- Liasioning with Government Officials like Factory Inspector, ESI Officers and PF Officers and all other mentioned at #1.
- Internal Audit of HR functions and Management reply to the Internal Auditors.
- Timely Audit of FI, GPCB, Labor, Employment exchange, Prof. tax, PF and ESI.
- Keeping good relation with the local bodies like Fire Brigade, Police, Local Hospitals, Corporation, PF and ESI Officers.
- Making Full & Final of exiting employees in a week time of leaving our company.
- Making revision working for all Workers, Staff and Managers after end of the year and give effect of increase in the Salaries and Wages.
- Checking proper clothing of all staff and workers and ensuring that all wears safety Glasses, Boots and Company’s cloths while doing work in the company.
- Distribution of Identity Cards to all Staff, Workers and Managers soon after joining.
- Compliance of all rules and procedures mentioned in the Company’s Employee Handbook and suggesting remedial measures to the Management.
- Up keeping and maintaining Safety Devices, CCTV Cameras and Fire Extinguishers in running condition.
- Arrangements of Sim Cards for Staff and Managers as per instructions from Management and timely payments of these services.
- Closely watching civil work going on the factory and attending any accident happens with any worker or staff.
- To warn any Worker/Staff/Manager not following safety measures and rules.
- To keep updated with the changes in the statutes and legal provisions and implementing them without fail.
- To issue Show Cause Notices to the Workers, Staff and Managers as per instruction from Management and take disciplinary action.
Any other work defined by the Management for HR and Admin
