Jr. Executive – PR & Marketing - Reputed FMCG MNC Company - Delhi (Okhla Phase 3)
Job Description:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of Jr. Executive PR & Marketing for a reputed FMCG MNC Company at the Delhi (Okhla Phase 3) location.
Key Responsibilities :
- Be responsible for all the customer care calls/ mails.
- Coordinate with Centers or departments for customer queries/ complaints.
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
- Analyze and reports the customer service data on timely basis.
- Responsible for implementation of all PR activities including on-ground events or media interviews.
- Updating information on the organization’s website in coordination with digital agency.
- Maintaining social media accounts with creative ideas in liaison with digital agency.
- Proper handling of customer care calls and customer complaints in coordination with different departments.
- Occasional visits with home delivery customers to support sales team.
- To contact groups, schools or institutes and invite them to our factory.
- Responding to customer care calls.
- Managing our website, social media by getting support from digital agency.
- Handling customer claims and complaints.
- Support Marketing and Sales team.
- To invite factory visitors.
- Sometime liaison with media or journalists.
Qualification: University Graduation (Mass communication background)
Work experience: up to 1 year
Candidates Profile :
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills in English, comfortable as a Public Speaker.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key people or organizations.
- Good patience
- Good knowledge of SNS.
- Candidate with pleasant personality, good communication skills, comfortable to work in team, punctual and polite. Female candidates are more preferable.
