HR Expert should be capable of,
-Workflow processes for all the Department at the tax authority 
-Role & responsibility
-Quality assurance
-KPI
-Procedures

Holds the first university degree in a related field and has experience of ( 10-15 ) year
Must have the ability to do the following tasks: -
Providing advice regarding the necessary measures to be taken in accordance with the law.
Analyze data and find solutions.
Document the internal procedures of the departments.
- Evaluating the workflow mechanism.
Discover new opportunities to add value to existing jobs and other jobs .
Contribute to preparing the administration's budget.
Work with the government and private sectors .
He has tax experience.

Has the following skills: -
High skill in using Microsoft Office applications ( Excel, Ward, Purpoint, Out Lock ).
High ability to lead, direct and strong skills in verbal and written communication and presentation
Proficiency in Arabic is lonely in English, speaking and writing ...
High skill in planning, analyzing, strategic thinking, communication, coordination and working in a team and under pressure.
