EBM Machine Operator/Injection Machine Operator -HPS-2023/360

Urgent Requirement!!.

• Operating and monitoring plastic injection molding machine
• Setting up and adjusting machines, tools, and equipment
• Following standard operating procedures and safety protocols
• Troubleshooting and resolving machine malfunctions
• Conducting regular maintenance and cleaning of machines
• Inspecting and testing finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
• Keeping accurate production records and reporting production data to management
• Collaborating with other departments such as engineering, maintenance, and quality control
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating plastic injection molding machines
• Strong understanding of machine operation and maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Good mechanical aptitude and dexterity
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve problems
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in different shifts
