Job Description:

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead change management activities to improve effectiveness.
  • Ensure all functionalities are up to date and use the latest technical capabilities.
  • Own effective development and deployment of new SAP functionalities
  • Ensure that the day-to-day operations of SAP systems are running efficiently and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Ensure effective utilization of existing SAP modules and plan for upgrades based on business requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors including scouting, time & cost negotiation, follow-up on implementation, quality of deliverables, etc. for the development of SAP solutions.
  • Responsible for tracking project actual costs and timelines vs budget, identifying variances to plan & developing appropriate mitigation plans.
  • Managing integrations of SAP solutions with existing systems
  • Ensure regular generation of reports and analyzing data from SAP systems to provide insights and inform decision-making.
  • Monitoring industry trends and identifying opportunities for new solutions and enhancements to existing solutions.
  • Providing training and support to end-users to ensure that the SAP systems are used effectively.
  • Minimize total cost of ownership and maximize returns by ensuring relevant modules are available to respective department users

 

Required Skills – 

  • 8 -10 years of work experience in the IT industry preferably in the FMCG sector
  • 4-6 years of experience in managing SAP systems in the organization
  • Must have experience in managing a team.
  • Experience in managing SAP integrations with existing systems
