Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Management and Administration of office related IT-Infrastructure, e.g. Windows[1]Server, VMware, VoIP, SQL/Exchange, including License Management
- Ensure the smooth functioning of all site-related IT-supported company processes, data backup and IT security
- First- and Second-Level-Support, User-Support and Training Measures (focus on In[1]dian Subsidiary, also for international subsidiaries)
- Installation and Maintenance of Software and Hardware, Programming of basic Scripts (System Programming)
- Communication and Management with external Companies (Time-/ Resource man[1]agement)
- Optimization of site-specific processes as well as support and advice for the specialist departments on site
- Participation in the planning and implementation of centralized IT projects, such as mobile solutions, digitization, cloud applications
- Further development of the IT strategy in cooperation with the head office
- Identify, assess and implement IT innovations
- Creation of documentation and process visualization
Profile / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or similar Graduation in Computer Science
- Min. 3-5 Years of experience required.
- Good Experience in the areas of networks, virtualization, terminal servers, telecom[1] munications systems, firewalls, SQL databases, IT security
- Familiar with current security standards
- Very good analysis and structuring skills, solution-oriented action and creativity as well as independent work
- Great Communication- / Team- / Leading-Skills
- Very good English skills written and spoken
