Job Description:

Qualification:
Diploma/Graduate in Engineering having 1-2 years of industry experience
preferably from electrical products manufacturing industry, Advanced diploma
in materials management ,supply chain will be an added advantage

Skill set requirements:
Proficient in English, Hindi & Gujarati communication, negotiation skills, never
give up attitude, Hands on experience in ERP for Indent/PO generation,
excellent networking, Proficiency in Excel working is must

Roles & responsibilities:
1. Arranging for quotations for new inquiries, comparisons and proposals
making with cost breakup detailing and approvals
2. Negotiations with vendors as per market realistic rates, setting up
process for rate contracts in job work orders
3. Generation of Indents/POs in ERP for MTS,MTO, Kanban stocks
4. Commodities rate trend monitoring and reflecting it in material costing
for RM, bought out components
5. Sharing POs, material plans/schedules with vendors, monitoring their
manufacturing cycles as per the committed delivery schedules,
escalating the concerns wherever required
6. Monitoring of GRN movement and clearing it for payments processing
in support of stores
7. Monitoring of daily material receipts as per committed delivery
schedules from vendors
8. Interdepartmental coordination with Planning, Production, Stores,
Quality for adequate flow of information
9. Stock level monitoring in ERP, Minmax stocks for proactive steps
10. NCR & CAPA monitoring for vendor supplied components
