Job Description:
Job responsibilities of ERP Executive
- Installation of SAP B1 client & ensuring seamless integration with IT systems
- Backup Management of SAP B1 through Remote Support platform as well through MS SQL
- Version upgradation in Server & clients
- Restoration of Live D.B into test D.B.
- Support to all routine activities of SAP B1 users functionally as well as technically.
- Coordination with SAP B1 AMC supplier regarding Functional & Technical support
- Preparation of reports through SQL queries from Front end as well from MS SQL
- Crystal reports basic tools’ usage such as Lay out editing
- Providing Technical / Functional support & training to end SAP users
- Performing diagnostic test in Test environment to resolve issues
- Preparing MIS reports in MS Excel with analysis during the test customization reports preparation
