Data Analyst - Real Estate Industry - Navi Mumbai (Turbhe)

Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Data Analyst  for a reputed company Real Estate Industry at the  Navi Mumbai (Turbhe) location.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create dashboards, business analyses, periodic reports, and reports as per management requirements and automate processes to reduce task time
• Utilize advanced formulas of Google Sheets, App Script, Macros, VBA, Power BI, Google Data Studio, JavaScript, and Python
• Analyze data, identify trends and provide insights to help the organization for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
• Report on operational metrics, conduct data, and business analysis, and present a summary of findings to management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format.
• Provide robust reporting and analytical information,  technical support, and training to users & management team.
• Monitor data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and maintain automated systems, processes, and SOPs.
• Developing and implementing automated processes and systems to reduce the amount of time spent on manual tasks.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data analysis.
• Analyzing existing processes and systems to identify areas where automation can be used to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Office Time - 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Working Days - Mon - Fri (Alternate Saturday off)

Candidates Profile :

• Proven experience with Google Sheets, App Script, Macros, VBA, Power BI, Google Data Studio, JavaScript, and Python.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• Develop and maintain data security protocols & data quality standards.
• Should know all Google Sheet functions such as VLOOKUP, X-lookup H-lookup, Index Match, Import range Functions, Query & If Functions, Chart, Graph, Pivot  Table, Conditional  Formatting, Data Validation, Count if,  Sum if, etc.,.
• Should also be able to work on the automation of systems, processes, and SOPs.
