Job Description:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of Manager Business Strategy for a reputed company Real Estate Industry at the Navi Mumbai (Turbhe) location.
Job Description:
- Business Strategy, Corporate Planning, Business Development, Business Research
- Making Reports as per the requirement of the Director in coordination with different departments and company heads.
- Organize the soft data/document for the Director in google drive, data management, and data processing.
- Coordination with all team, overall system strategy & business report, all department analysis, keeping coordination in the team.
- Managing Department Operations.
- Develop SOPs for processes in Project Formulation, Management teams, etc.
- Share all SOPs with the training team to create project transparency
- MIS Analysis, Report Making, ROI Calculation
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Analyse the competitive landscape and identify potential threats and challenges.
- Present the company's strategic plan to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Monitor the company's performance and make adjustments to the strategic plan as needed.
Req. Qualification: Degree Preferably from IIT / IIM
