Job Description:

Role : Finance Officer

Education Req : M.com

Exp : Fresher+ 1-2 Years

Compensation: INR 5 Lacs

Location:  Silvassa

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the preparation of Inventory MIS, Import-Export MIS, CWIP MIS, PV
• Reports and other MIS as per requirement
• Ensuring Month end closing activities like (Inventory Valuation, CWIP Valuation, Stock
• taking, Physical verification, etc.) within timeline by following and maintaining Standard
• Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Contributing to financial and MAS audits. Analyzing financial data and assisting with
• audits, reviews, and tax preparations.
• Corresponding with vendors regarding billing and payments and streamlining the

 payment process

• Conducting financial analysis to identify and resolve issues.
• Providing significant support on incorporating assignments (e.g., implementing a new

system)

• Updating financial Spreadsheets with the latest transactions.
• Working capital management by considering receivables and payments.
• Keeping track on outgoing payments and monitoring company expenditures, maintaining

records of petty cash, and verifying the expense reports

• Processing periodic/ ad-hoc report request.

Other Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation of operating budgets, financial statements, and reports.
• Managing account records, documenting financial Processes, processing invoices, and

handling payments

• Collaborating with internal departments to reconcile any accounting discrepancies.
• Reviewing existing financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Tracking and filing returns like TDS and GST.
• Paying vendors and service providers.
• Reconciling the statements and payment records
