1.Supervise the operational activities of the Quality Lab. and ensure that the team members carry out quality tests as per quality standards.
2.Devlop quality Plan and design an annual/ semi annual plan for quality plan. Ensure the testing of the raw material and the finished goods as per the established quality parameters.Wich is fulfing theSTI of IS:2830,IS:1786.
3.Drive the Research and Development for improvements in the quality of the raw material and the finished goods. Drive the process of distribution of free samples for the public opinion on the matters of quality. Provide strategic inputs/ recommendations to the Managing Director regarding the quality matters.
4.Review the quality reports, and other related reports prepared by the team members.
