Service Level Excellence                                                                                                               

1.To meet daily dispatch targets.
2.To prepare stage wise SLA (Service Level Agreement), Like
A.TAT (Turn Around Time) of Vehicle within company premise.
B.TAT – Destination Wise
C.To define and adhere destination wise Minimum – Maximum truck load.                                                                                                                           

3.To define and adhere destination wise delivery time.                                                                                                                    

4.To evaluate possibility of creating stock points at far-off destinations to ensure prompt service without increasing TDC (Total Delivered Cost).                                                                            

5.Export containers loading with latest loading techniques by deploying various equipment.                            

6.Drive consumer and customer location understanding to develop a robust last-mile supply chain. Inventory management. Define inventory policy, manage distribution to prevent sales loss/delivery delays.                                                                                                                                                            

7.IT enabled solutions for betterment of service level and best of the market updates / alerts offering to customers.                                                                                                                                                   

8.Follow up with sales team for liquidation of Ageing Stock.

1.Per Ton Per KM freight for all destination.
2.Adherence to targeted logistic cost PTPK.
3.To ensure proper coordination between customer / sales team / accounts / transporters for timely closure of complaints of short weight etc.                                                                                                *Administrative                                                                                                                               

1.Manpower Management.
2.Shift and rostering management.
Safety norms adherence                                                                                                                  

4.To generate and monitor MIS system which keeps a close track on efficiency.                                   

5.Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
