*Budget
Preparing annual budget with co ordination with all department & Comparing with its actual result on monthly basis.
*Cash Flow
Preparing annual, monthly, Weekly & Daily budgeted & actual cash flow & its variance analysis.
*DOA/Inter Audit Follow Up
Periodically DOA compliance review against deadline and Follow up with all department for status of DOA Compliance/Internal Audit Obervation. & Submission of compliance report to management.
*Other MIS
Monthly Progress Report, Raw Material Planning with process mapping.
*SOP
Preparation of SOP of all department.
*IFC/RMC
Preparation of IFC/RCM of all department
