Position: Senior Process Engineer
Job Location: Malad - East, Mumbai
Qualification: B.E. / M.E. – Chemical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 5 - 9 years in Process Engineering, Project management.
Job Description:
Candidate shall be based in Mumbai office. Candidate will have to work on Core Process
Engineering & detailed engineering. Candidate will be leading a team of engineers & shall
directly report to the management.
Relevant Industries/ Sector:
Aromatic, Specialty chemicals
Skills:
? Process FEED & Detailed Engineering, Mass balance & Heat balance calculation.
? Preparation/ Detailing of BFD, PFD & P&ID
? Equipment selection and sizing, Preparation of process and utility equipment specification
? Pump hydraulics and Power consumption, Line sizing for liquids & Gases, Pressure drop
calculation, knowledge of Type of valves & Applications.
Software Skills - Basic:
MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) & AutoCAD
Software Skills (Optional):
Heat exchanger design using Aspen HYSYS, CHEMCAD & HTRI
