Production Engineer (Assembly)

Job Description:

• Take Daily Production Meetings.
• Responsible for daily shift production achievement.
• Planning of shift manpower & machines according to production plan & skill matrix.
• Provide education & training to new manpower & multi skilling of old ones.
• Prepare daily plan v/s actual gap analysis.
• Analysis of monthly rework & rejection & taking countermeasure.
• Set-up & Implement Standard operation procedure for all operations.
• Apply kaizen & Poka-yoke on manufacturing lines.
• Making kaizen, CR, CB Activities
• Participate in QCC & WIT
• Eliminate 3M (Muda, Mura, muri).
• Prepare monthly safety report.
• Monthly down time analysis & action plan.
• Prepare HIRA (hazard identification & risk assessment) sheet & suggest control methods.
• Analysis and monitoring of internal and external customer complaint.
• To formulate cycle time study, motion study to suggest improvement of work method and production capacity.
• Implementation of low-cost automation.
• Inventory mismatch reduction & WIP Reduce in line.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Candidates Must be Diploma / B.tech Mechanical with 3-6 year Experience in Production Assembly

• Cell/Workstation design.
• IE Method-(SOP, SWCT, Yamzumi chart, Line Balancing)
• Pull production, Kanban.
• Visual Factory: Visual control & management.
• EMS, OHSAS.
• Cycle time & Ergonomics study.
• HIRA-Hazard identification & risk assessment.
• QC Circle, 7QC tools.
• 3M-Gemba Waste Identification.
• Skill Matrix, 4M Change.
